We have over 10 years manufacturing production experience in custom carbon fiber parts field.Our carbon fiber parts will be replicated on a 1:1 based on the original sample or technical drawing you provide. We do mass production only when the sample has been approvied by your side.

Our custom carbon fiber parts steps

1. Send 3D drawings design or sample data
Customer provide us STP 3D drawings or original sample size (length&width) and images if without STP file for your new product and tell us detail requirements. Our sales will discuss with our R&D dept and reply you professional suggestions within 24-48 hours.

2. Quotation and Order Confirmed
We will provide you quotation (mold fee&unit price) and mold lead time when we confirmed initial requirements. Later we will arrange open new mold (Aluminum mold or FRP mold) based on your final decision asap once the mold fee and sample payment has been done.

3. Sample Confirmed and Mass Production
Our sales and R&D team will follow up mold production status and send you production feedback. When the mold has been finished, our sales will send you mold images and arrange sample asap when you confimed the new product mold images. Only when the sample has been confirmed by your side, then we will arrange mass production.
